Seedless Blackberry Pie

Ingredients

(9 inch pie)

2 cups blackberry juice

1 cup + 2 or 3 T. sugar mixed with

1/3 cup cornstarch or 3 T. flour

Small pie

1 cup juice

1 T. + 1 tsp. (heaping) flour

½ cup sugar

Meringue

3 egg whites

2 T. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Put sugar mixture into cold juice. Bring to boil, and boil until thick. Cool and pour into cooled baked pie shell. Use 6 small eggs or 3 large ones to make meringue – brown meringue in 400-degree oven.
